We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency in how we handle your information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard the data you provide when using our platform, including integrations with third-party services such as Google Drive and Patreon.

2. Information We Collect

When you use P2Drive, we may collect:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and any profile information you choose to provide.
• Patreon Data: With your consent, we may access details from your Patreon account, such as campaign information, content metadata, and temporary access to media files (for the sole purpose of transferring them to Google Drive), solely to provide our backup service. We do not access your patrons’ payment information. We do not inspect or analyze the contents of these files.
• Google Drive Data: With your consent, we may access your Google Drive to store or manage backup files. We only access the folders and files you select, and only for the duration of the backup process.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and minimal technical logs (e.g., upload status, file size, and performance metrics) collected only for diagnostics and improving reliability.
• Cookies and Tracking Data: If you consent, we may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience, measure usage, and analyze traffic.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Provide our core service of backing up your selected content.
• Connect and synchronize with third-party integrations you authorize (e.g., Google Drive, Patreon).
• Maintain account security and authentication.
• Respond to your support requests and inquiries.
• Improve, maintain, and secure our platform.

We do not sell your data to advertisers or unrelated third parties.

• With Your Consent: For example, when you link your Google Drive or Patreon account.

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. You can request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Deleting your account will remove all stored backup data from our systems.

Note: We do not inspect or manually review the contents of any media files you back up. Our systems only process the files temporarily to transfer them between Patreon and Google Drive, then delete them from our servers after successful upload.

• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent for certain data uses.
